Jacobs Well of Kansas City is a faith-based program and was incorporated June 20, 2001 in the State of Missouri. This program was created to give aim, hope, and purpose to children, youth, adults, and the elderly. From adult day care to counseling services, we have programs that will strengthen and enhance the lives of our attendees.
At Jacobs Well of Kansas City, we believe that everyone has a purpose in life. Our goals are to assist them in reaching their goals and to contribute to our society.
We offer The Carousel program, which is a medical model adult day care program. In addition, we also offer our A Touch of Faith program, which offers counseling services for families. We are members of the American Counseling Association, National Board of Certified Counselors and Missouri Adult Day Care Association.
